Step 1: Contact us

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact form on our website. Indicate that you wish to return a product (include the reason) and include your order number.

Step 2: Send the product and include the return form

Pack the product in the original packaging and ensure it is in new, unused condition. Complete the return form you will receive by email after submitting your return request. Add this form to your parcel and send the product to the return address we provide.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Always use a track & trace service; the sender is responsible for the shipment until received.

Step 3: Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days to your original payment method.
