1. Shipping costs
For orders within Australia no shipping costs are charged.
2. Processing and delivery time
2.1 Orders placed on business days are processed within 2–3 business days.
2.2 From a sustainability perspective—and to keep storage and staffing costs low so we can offer you the best price—we operate warehouses outside Australia. For all products delivery typically ranges 7–14 business days. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., strikes, public holidays, unforeseen events), delivery may take up to 25 days.
2.3 We ship products directly from warehouses in Asia. The seller has no influence over the carrier’s process.
2.4 For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.
3. Shipping partners
We work with reliable carriers such as Australia Post to deliver your order safely and on time.
4. Delivery address
During checkout, you may provide a delivery address that differs from your billing address (e.g., a gift address or your workplace).
